About the role
Location- Hyderabad/Bangalore
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using Java 21, Spring boot and Confluent Kafka.
- Work with databases such as MongoDB for data storage and retrieval.
- Build, deploy, and manage applications using CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Utilize AI tools (e.g., Claude code/console) to enhance development productivity and solution quality.
- Take full ownership of deliverables, ensuring timely completion and high quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration requirements and deliver robust solutions.
- Operate independently, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
- Meet stringent timelines, including willingness to extend work hours as needed to achieve project goals.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of IT experience with strong experience in Java 21 and integration frameworks (temporal).
- Proficiency with Confluent Kafka for messaging and event-driven architectures.
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB
- Good understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools; experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
- Familiarity with AI tools for code generation and productivity (e.g., Claude code/console).
- Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in cloud environments (Azure).
- Knowledge of API design and microservices architecture.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
