About the role
We are looking for a hands-on Java Lead with experience in building scalable enterprise applications and integrating AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate will lead development teams, drive technical architecture, and work on AI-powered products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of Java-based applications with AI capabilities.
- Architect scalable microservices and AI-driven solutions.
- Mentor developers and conduct code reviews.
- Collaborate with product, data science, and business teams.
- Drive best practices in software development and AI integration.
Requirements:
- Experience: 10-14 Years.
- Strong expertise in Core Java, Java 8/11/17
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs.
- Strong knowledge of Multithreading, Collections, Design Patterns.
- Experience with Hibernate/JPA and SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Exposure to Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Experience with CI/CD, Git, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Team leadership and stakeholder management experience.
AI/ML Requirements:
- Experience integrating AI/ML models into enterprise applications.
- Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Vector Databases.
- Experience working with OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar AI platforms.
- Understanding of AI APIs, prompt engineering, and model integration.
- Knowledge of AI frameworks such as LangChain, Spring AI, or similar is preferred.
