Pre-Contract

• Prepareworkpackaging strategyandtenderevent schedule
  
• Preparelonglistofvendorsforrespectivepackagesandleadthepre- qualificationprocess
  
• Prepare the prequalification report and support in presenting the same to the client for decision making.
  
• Coordinatewithin-houseQSteamforBOQpreparationandpreparetender documents
  
• Leadthetenderadministration processendtoend.
  
• LeadtechnicalandcommercialnegotiationwithsupportfromdesignandQS management team
  
• Participateinthefinalnegotiationincludingcost,tenderterms,paymentschedule etc.
  
• Prepareandsend the finalrecommendation notetoclientforapproval.
  
• Coordinatewiththesuccessfulbiddertogetalldocumentsrequiredforissuance of the contract
  
• PreparetheLOAandcontractdocumentandcoordinatewithallstakeholdersto get the same signed
  
• Monitormanagementofcontractdocuments.
  

• Reviewthethird-party QSmonthlyreports
  
• PrepareandtracktheProjectCostControlsheetincoordinationwithinputsfrom third-party QS and in-house procurement team.
  
• Analyzecostdeviations/over-runsandproposecontingencyplans
  
• Preparecashflowprojections
  
• Reviewwork,changerequestsandchangeorderspreparedby siteteam.
  
• Support the site team to analyze and adjudicate contractor claimsor to write contractual correspondence.

• B. Tech in Civil Engineering (Full time course from recognized university) with knowledge of construction contracts
  
• TrainingorworkingknowledgeofFIDICorotherstandardconstructioncontracts will be a plus.
  
• Min. 12+ years’ experience with renowned QS firms or Project Management companies in the construction industry with hands-on experience in tenders, contract
  
• Excellentcommunicationskills withcontractualwritingability.
  GoodworkingknowledgeofFIDICcontractformsandabilitytowritecontractual correspondence.
  
• Goodleadershipskillswithanabilitytomanageinternalandexternal stakeholders.
  
• Excellentquantitative,analytical,andExcel skills
