Job Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the overall sales strategy aligned with business objectives.

Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team across regions/segments.

Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion.

Establish strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.

Monitor sales performance metrics, forecasts, and pipeline management.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Operations) to improve go-to-market effectiveness.

Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion avenues.

Ensure governance, compliance, and process adherence across the sales function.
Qualification and Experience

15 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.

Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets.

Strong team management and stakeholder management skills.

Strategic thinking with strong execution capability.
