About the role
Preparation and Standardization of documentation in line with ESMS and IFC Performance Standards requirement • ESIA studies and preparation of ESIA reports • Coordinating and conducting ESMS Audits • Coordinate Due Diligence Audits • Planning of Sustainability objectives • Measuring and reporting environmental / sustainability performance • Data collection for preparing sustainability report • Preparation of documentation as per ESMS and IFC Performance Standards requirement • Coordinate and review/prepare reports of ESIA studies, Ecological studies for new projects. • Review of Due diligence audit reports • Conducting Internal Audits as per IMS & ESMS • Provide inputs for Management Review Meetings on ESMS parameters • Planning and monitoring of Sustainability objectives • Coordinate with external audit agencies for ESMS audits • Assess, evaluate environmental and Social risks and developing mitigation plans
