About the role
To keep the motivational standards of team high at all times. To plan & monitor deployment of GDA’s & Housekeeping staff. To ensure quality standards of cleanliness of entire premises. To ensure grooming & hygiene standards of all staff. To indent and ensure availability of linen, uniforms, stationary and other non-medical supplies. To maintain inventory of linen, uniforms, other supplies and discards. To ensure adherence to linen / uniform specifications. To observe all rules and procedures in respect of Hygiene, Health and Safety and Fire Prevention. To responsible for: Customer amenities, Interior decoration, Laundry / Linen, Pest control and Waste Management. To allocate duties to Housekeeping staff & GDA’s. To inspect and audit Vendors to ensure standards of hygiene, cleanliness & maintenance are met. To provide Training to all Housekeeping staff & GDA’s. To make Budgets for Housekeeping Dept. To track Expenses and Control Costs. To be well groomed, punctual & adhere to company policies and practices. To have complete orientation of QMS and EMS system of Hospital. To have complete Awareness about Disaster Management Programme (DMP) of the hospital. To comply with the service quality Process, environmental & occupational issues & policies of the respective area. To Comply with patient safety policy To ensure safe utilization of equipment and proper waste disposal system.
