Job Purpose
This role is responsible for developing, sustaining & maintaining relationships with manufacturers / OEMs for increasing the overall revenue of the company. Also responsible to assist sales teams in devising strategies for increasing market share and profitability on a sustainable basis in line with annual business plan and future business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Functional Responsibilities
· Relationship Management with Consumer Durable & Mobile Phone Manufacturers
· Engage with manufacturers to build and strengthen relationships on all working levels
· Will be responsible for alternative channel management (OEM)
· Identifying new relationships & making new tie-ups
· Driving Brand wise Dealer Activations & Productivity along with Sales Team
· Weekly/Monthly Dashboards of internal reviews
· Design and execute promotional schemes with manufacturers
· Ensure Brand Mapping on time
· Manage subvention receivables
· Coordinate with various departments within the organization to ensure all requirements of manufacturers are addressed
· Responsible for various manufacturer communications in terms of reports & analysis
· Ensure sustained revenue growth

Qualifications
MBA
Experience
6 - 10 Yrs exp in OEM / Manufacturer relationship
Functional Competencies
Drive and initiative, strong commitment, ability to take ownership
High level of integrity, professionalism and attention to detail
Exp in business analysis & key account management
