Job Purpose:
Experienced Manager for manufacturing with Pharma experience.
Educational Qualification:
BE/BTech in Chemical engineering
Experience:
Minimum 10 to 12 years of experience in Pharma manufacturing, Planning and capacity calculation and QMS etc.
Technical skills:
- API manufacturing and batch execution
- Production planning and scheduling
- Capacity mapping and capacity utilization analysis
- Reactor, centrifuge, dryer, and utility resource planning
- Process scale-up and technology transfer
- cGMP and regulatory compliance
- Yield improvement and cycle time reduction
- Investigation of deviations, CAPA, and change controls
- EHSS and process safety management
- SAP systems and production reporting
- Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
- Manufacturing KPI monitoring
- Cross-functional coordination with SCM, QA, QC, Engineering, PRD, and Warehouse teams
- Budgeting and cost optimization
- MS Excel and advanced analytics
- Good communication skills
