- Sales Kharif and Rabi season– RABG • Liasioning with State Govt. /District Govt. authorities, Handling - State Team District and RAP/VLE of CSC channel, Bankers • Claims Handling and LR management • Grievance handling of customer- farmers • Data Handling, Operational activities in system Key Requirements – Education & Certificates • MBA preferable in Marketing /Finance /Rural Management or Graduate in Agriculture Science Key Requirements - Experience &Skills • Minimum 10- years of General insurance experience – under Rural portfolio preferable Crop Insurance • Sales and Marketing Crop Insurance / Rural Domain • Speak , read and Write- Hindi and regional language other than English • leadership skill • team handling skill • Liasion with Govt.
