Job Description :The Sr. Manager - Supply Operations is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the supply chain and operational processes to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality. This role involves managing supplier relationships, ensuring seamless inventory management, and driving process improvements while collaborating across departments to meet organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to ensure operational efficiency and scalability.
- Oversee procurement, inventory control, logistics, and distribution processes.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for supply chain and operations, ensuring targets are met.
- Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain to ensure continuity and compliance.
- Lead cross-functional teams to streamline operations and reduce costs.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and quality standards in supply chain activities.
- Utilize data analytics to provide insights and recommend actionable improvements.

- Proven ability to manage end-to-end supply chain operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and data analysis tools.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Deep understanding of logistics, procurement, and inventory management best practices.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards related to supply operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field is preferred.
- Certifications such as CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) or CPM (Certified Purchasing Manager) are a plus.
- 5-7 years of experience in supply chain and operations management.
