🎨 Key Responsibilities:
✏️ Create high-quality manual jewellery designs for:
• Special Orders
• Client Collections
• Sample Development
• Product Development Projects
💍 Develop aesthetically appealing and technically feasible jewellery concepts aligned with client and brand requirements
📏 Ensure accuracy in:
• Design estimations
• Weight calculations
• Diamond guidelines
• Pricing parameters
• Model specifications
✨ Create innovative and commercially strong designs that enhance customer selection and increase order conversions
🔍 Review samples and prototypes to identify design gaps, quality concerns, or execution challenges
🚀 Coordinate closely with CAD, production, merchandising, and product development teams for smooth execution
📈 Minimize rework and rejection by maintaining high design accuracy and technical detailing
🎯 Stay updated with jewellery trends, market preferences, and premium design aesthetics
🤝 Support brand growth through creative concepts and strong visual storytelling in jewellery collections
🎯 Desired Candidate Profile:
✔ Strong experience in Manual Jewellery Designing
✔ Excellent sketching and conceptualization skills
✔ Knowledge of diamond jewellery, gold jewellery, and manufacturing feasibility
✔ Understanding of design estimation, product development, and technical detailing
✔ Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
✔ Prior experience in luxury jewellery manufacturing industry preferred
