About the role
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- 4-6+ years of experience in MLOps/DevOps/Infrastructure Engineering.
- Strong experience with GCP (preferred) or AWS.
- Proficiency in Docker and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions or similar).
- Hands-on experience with distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
- Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, or open-source models), RAG pipelines (retrieval + generation workflows), and embedding systems (Voyage, OpenAI, etc. )
- Strong understanding of vector databases and semantic search, data pipelines and indexing strategies, and system performance optimisation and debugging.
- Experience with observability tools (Datadog, logging, tracing).
- Proficiency with version control (Git) and collaborative workflows (PRs, code reviews).
- Strong problem-solving and system design skills.
