About the role
We are looking for a strong Senior Monetisation Manager to help scale Clubs from $28M to $100M in ARR. Clubs is a live, social product built inside Ludo Star and our other games. It brings people together through live voice, gifting, progression and competition. It is already at ~$28M ARR and growing profitably. As we expand into new titles, Clubs is becoming the monetisation engine across our games. This is a high ownership role where you oversee the monetisation of Clubs in newer games.
Responsibilities:
- Own Clubs monetisation in a new game, with accountability for business performance, LiveOps strategy and execution, and data-led iteration.
- Own revenue forecasting, KPI targets, 2 performance reporting and executive business reviews, in partnership with Clubs leadership.
- Drive monetisation by finding opportunities, forming hypotheses, and running experiments and iterations.
- Diagnose Clubs' problems in the new game, such as funnel leakage, retention drops and monetisation gaps.
- Partner with Clubs Roadmap Product Management to make sure the new game's needs shape product development and interventions.
- Set the LiveOps strategy and oversee execution of the calendar across events, offers, limited-time content and in-game communication.
- Execute independently. Know the product well enough to see what needs fixing, and take the initiative to get it done.
- Track players, competitors and market trends to spot gaps and opportunities early.
Requirements:
- 5 to 8 years in Revenue Operations / Monetisation on a B2C consumer product.
- Very strong with data. You can dig into it, find the signal, and decide what to do next.
- Able to own a large area on your own and drive it to a clear result.
- Good at working across teams and keeping stakeholders aligned.
- Experience in social, gaming, or entertainment products.
