About the role
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with US-based engineers and cross-functional product development partners.
- Own the architecture, design, and implementation of new features in a cross-platform C#/. NET.
- library that powers hearing aid communication and configuration.
- Drive long-term evolution of the library's API surface, compatibility, and performance.
- Write clear, maintainable code with comprehensive test coverage.
- Develop performance-sensitive algorithms where correctness and efficiency are critical.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to clearly express and understand complex technical concepts in a US-based engineering environment.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience on software engineering teams developing shared, production-grade NET class libraries or SDKs in C#.
- Deep expertise in C# and modern NET.
