Job Description: Senior Nurse-ICU (Officer - Cargo Operations) Roles & Responsibilities Oversee and manage ICU operations within the cargo department, ensuring adherence to medical and operational protocols. Coordinate with medical and cargo teams to ensure safe and efficient handling of critical cases. Monitor patient conditions and provide advanced nursing care as required in the ICU setting. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all ICU and cargo operations activities. Implement and follow safety and compliance guidelines in both medical and cargo environments. Train and mentor junior staff in ICU procedures and cargo handling best practices. Collaborate with IT teams to optimize operational workflows using technology solutions. Minimum Qualification and Skills Certificate Course 1 (relevant to nursing or healthcare operations). 1 to 2 years of experience in the IT industry, preferably with exposure to healthcare or cargo operations. Proficiency in Core Java and ability to leverage IT solutions in operational settings. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
