Senior Officer- Luxury
Job Description
Tata CLiQ is the flagship digital commerce initiative of the Tata Group. It is a multi-category e-commerce platform, operating across categories such as Fashion, Footwear and Accessories, Beauty, and Luxury. It has a unique omnichannel marketplace model offering customers the convenience of quicker delivery (by shipping from store), easy pick-up and returns, across 1,200+ brands and 1,000 stores in 100+ Indian towns and cities.
Roles and Responsibility:
a) Business Development- Seller/Brand Onboarding, Selection/Assortment Improvement.
b) Relationship Management- Maintain terms with Key internal Stakeholders, Brands & Sellers.
c) Category Understanding- 360-degree view and understanding of the categoryd) Customer NPS- Manage Customer NPS by delivering high quality product and experience
e) Monitoring, and improving operational Matrix- like O2S, EDD and perfect order and seller performance
f) Analyse Event and Non-Event Sales Data, Forecast and Plan, for Future Demand
g) Close BAU and event pricing and support for DOD and other weekly sales properties.
h) Negotiation with Vendors for Key tie-ups and additional support for Intiation with Vendors for Key tie-ups and additional support for Inventory Business.
i) Managing Marketplace monthly Sales Plan. Maintain optimum level of inventory from the sellers at multiple locations.
j) Manage and meet top line targets for the assigned accounts
k) Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Logistics Stakeholders.
Skillset Required
- 1- 3 years of work experience in KAM or Category Management
- MS office (MS Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic Understanding of ERP/Seller portal
- Good communication skills - Seller facing role. Ability to hold seller meetings and negotiation
