1. Managing day to day activities of all off roll associates for the designated area. 2. Ensure JCP adherence, daily visit and overall working of all off roll / CSE in the designated area. 3. Accountable for the output of the team, Focus to achieve the desired sales number through help of off roll manpower. 4.Excellent Knowledge of the market - Competitor offerings, Market potential. 5. Excellent Selling skills-understanding needs of the customer, making a sales pitch of the appropriate product offering and benefits, converting into a sale, providing post-sales support to the customer. 6. Good knowledge of Marketing processes-market mapping, branding, promotion tools and techniques.
