About the role
- MBA HR with 6-10 yrs of experience in HR & Administration prefer in manufacturing industry.
- Strong hands on experience in statutory compliances and contract labour management.
- Experience in Payroll and manpower management.
- Exposer to canteen, Security, & Housekeeping and other plant administration.
- Experience in handling labour management, Statutory, and Audits.
- Good knowledge of Labar Laws.
- Ability to handle Day to day HR & Administration activities.
- Statutory and Labour laws compliances experts.
- Skill in Contract Labour Management
- Strong HR operation and Payroll activities
- Strong Vendor and Contract management
- Communication and Negotiation skill.
- Strong Documentation and Audit experience.
- Ensure company and contractor statutory compliance and maintain all required records, licences and returns.
- Manage contract labour, including manpower deployment, attendance, wages, overtime and contractor compliance.
- Coordinate monthly payroll, attendance, leave and overtime inputs.
- Manage day-to-day plant administration, including security, canteen, housekeeping, transport and other facility services.
- Monitor contractor/vendor performance and verify bills and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with Labour Department, DISH, PF, ESIC and other statutory authorities.Prepare HR/Admin MIS, manpower reports and compliance reports. Support audits, inspections, employee engagement activities and HR initiatives
- Identify compliance gaps and ensure timely corrective actions. Ensure smooth, disciplined and cost-effective HR & Administration operations.
