Senior Officer - Sourcing

1. Vendor Management

• Selection of the necessary vendor, Management and coordination of the same from sourcing to procurement.
• Finalize BOM (Bills of Material)
• Nominate Raw Material Suppliers
• Negotiate Raw Material prices

• Finalization of Finished goods Prices

1. Coordination 

• Finalize and coordinate Samples with Design Team drawings
• Coordinate with the quality team for testing and inspection of finished goods and Raw Materials

Education 

Graduate/ Postgraduate (Added advantage)

Experience Requirements

• 6 Years of Relevant experience
• Quick learner & ability to multi-task
• Experience in Vendor management is an added advantage

Good knowledge of Materials and Technical Requirements

Mobility/Travel

Travel involved (Minimum 10 days of travel)

Computer Skills 

Frequent user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Language

Good communication skills. 

Should be fluent in English and Hindi

Excellent communication skills;

Frequently interact with internal and external partners for collaboration, Negotiation for mutual agreement, and problem resolution.

Strong relationship skills for building trusting partnerships with internal and external business partners.
