Job Description – Senior Operations Lead
Location: Thane (Olympus ODC)
Experience: 15+ years in F&A / BPO / Shared Services (preferably in BFSI / Leasing domain)
Role Purpose:
Lead end-to-end service delivery and client relationship for the assigned account, driving operational excellence, transformation, and commercial value. The role will act as a strategic interface between client leadership and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own overall service delivery across AP, AR, GL processes for the assigned account
- Act as primary client interface for senior stakeholders, ensuring high client satisfaction
- Drive governance, SteerCo reviews, and executive-level reporting
- Manage large, multi-location teams with focus on stability, retention, and performance
- Lead transformation initiatives including automation, productivity, and process improvements
- Ensure SLA/KPI adherence and proactively manage risks and escalations
- Drive revenue growth through cross-selling and new opportunities
- Partner with HR for hiring, retention, and capability building
- Ensure compliance with contractual, financial, and operational commitments
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in BFSI / leasing / banking operations
- Proven client-facing leadership experience managing global clients
- Strong governance and executive communication skills
- Experience managing large teams (150+ FTE preferred)
- Strong commercial acumen and P&L understanding
- Expertise in transition, transformation, and continuous improvement
- Ability to manage senior stakeholders across geographies (Europe/US)
Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience on similar vendor finance / leasing clients
- Exposure to Oracle/SAP or ERP-led transformations
- Experience managing delivery from India for global operations
