Senior Pega Developer
Exp: 6 to 8 yrs
Location: Hyderabad
NP: immediate only
Skills Required:
- Hands-on engineer with expertise in developing complex and highly available enterprise applications using PEGA,
- Responsible for technical aspects of software engineering including design, developing prototypes, and coding assignments
- Establish and accepts responsibility for engineering practices across teams.
- Drives the team’s technical improvements and roadmap.
- Nurture an environment of continuous engineering improvement through mentoring, feedback, and metrics.
- Maintain excellent documentation for the software design and architecture.
- Review Product features and ensure it in line with platform architecture and standards.
- Collaborating with architects, product owners, delivery managers, engineers and other scrum teams to deliver a quality product.
- Encouraging innovation, implementation of cutting-edge technologies, inclusion, outside-of-the-box thinking, teamwork, self-organization, and diversity.
- Extensive experience in object-oriented design and client-side UI/UX React framework
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of work experience developing complex and highly available applications.
- Experience delivering advanced solutions for a high-volume, distributed web application.
- Experience with various architectures: Domain Driven Design, Microservices, Cloud Native and Event Driven Architecture.
- Strong proficiency in building component-based applications with modern frontend frameworks, such as React, or Angular.
- Experience with testing: Unit Testing, Test Driven Development.
- Experience with Constellation experience
- Experienced in utilizing Grafana, Jaeger, Splunk to monitor and troubleshooting application systems.
- Experience in using SQL databases and distributed messaging systems like Kafka etc.
- Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
