About the role
We are looking for experienced Senior Photographers to contribute professional photography expertise to an AI training project. You’ll create, review, describe, and organize high-quality visual data while applying your professional understanding of photography and visual content.
What You'll Do

Capture, curate, and review high-quality photographic content according to project requirements.

Analyze and describe images accurately, including subjects, composition, visual elements, and contextual details.

Create labels, captions, and metadata to support structured AI training datasets.

Evaluate submitted images for quality, relevance, consistency, and guideline compliance.

Edit and enhance images using professional tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom when required.

Organize and maintain image files, metadata, and project documentation systematically.

Apply feedback from project reviewers and make required revisions.

Coordinate with project teams to clarify requirements and resolve content-related questions.

Track and manage assigned work to meet project deadlines and submission targets.

Review final deliverables before submission to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
What We're Looking For

5+ years of professional photography experience, including areas such as portrait, landscape, commercial, editorial, or related photography.

Strong experience using professional cameras and editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom.

A strong portfolio demonstrating consistent, high-quality photographic work.

Excellent visual judgment and attention to detail.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to follow detailed guidelines and incorporate feedback effectively.

Strong organization and data-management skills.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines.

Experience creating image descriptions, captions, labels, or metadata is a plus.
