Core
Responsibilities
·Clinical
Expertise: Assess, diagnose, and treat complex
cases requiring specialized knowledge and independent judgment. Do the referrals
based on diagnose for further treatment.
·Supervision
& Mentorship: Provide Community rehab centers
supervision, training, and guidance to junior therapists and assistants.
·Operational
Management: Assist with administrative duties
such as scheduling, staff rotas, and coordinating multidisciplinary care plans
related to Health and Rehab.
·Quality
Improvement: Implement evidence-based practices,
audit performance, and develop service improvements.
·Communication: Act as a key liaison between staff, management, and Client.
Requirements
·Experience:
minimum 2 years of experience in managing Community /clinical
rehab centres, and training skills.
·Preferred Licensure: Active, top-tier licensure in their specific field.
·Skills: Proven leadership, exceptional communication, advanced
clinical skills, and mentoring abilities.
