About the role
We are seeking a skilled Senior Power BI Developer who can designs and develops advanced business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Power BI, focusing on data analysis, SQL, and creating complex, interactive dashboards from multiple data sources to drive business decisions.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and SMEs to gather reporting needs, define data models, and prepare requirement mapping documents.

- Reducing data load and optimizing refresh rates

- Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports based on business requirements, ensuring data accuracy and usability.
- Optimize report performance through efficient data modeling, DAX tuning, and query optimization techniques.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and data teams to gather requirements, define KPIs, and translate needs into technical solutions.
- Manage Power BI service components such as datasets, workspaces, dataflows, and gateways, ensuring smooth deployment and maintenance.
- 6-10 years of professional experience in a relevant data and reporting domain.
- Strong hands-on experience in Power BI development, Power App, ETL, MS Fabric, Lakehouse, reporting, SQL, and cloud technologies (Azure preferred).
- Proven ability to design, develop, and optimize interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations in Power BI based on business requirements and Migration of existing reports to Fabric semantic models
- Extensive experience working with SQL and relational databases such as SQL Server, Azure SQL, or Redshift.
- Solid understanding of Power BI Service features, including apps, workspaces, dataflows, datasets, and gateways.

- Good exposure to work on sales proposal, technical and estimate.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines practices for data deployments.
