About the role
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of product design experience, with a strong portfolio showing end-to-end ownership across complex product surfaces.
- Deep expertise in Figma, including component architecture, auto-layout, variants, and prototyping.
- Demonstrated experience designing for web applications and responsive experiences; mobile is a plus.
- Strong systems thinking; you design for scale and consistency, not one-off screens.
- Hands-on experience conducting and synthesising user research, not just handing it off to a researcher.
- Clear, confident communicator who can present design rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in B2B SaaS products, particularly multi-sided platforms with distinct user types (admins, end users, patients, etc. ).
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and moving quickly without waiting.
- Working knowledge of front-end fundamentals HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) is enough to have real conversations with engineers and understand technical constraints.
