About the role
Requirements:
- 6+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise workflows, CRM, integrations, or platform products.
- 3+ years working directly with CRM ecosystems, Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics or ServiceNow in a product, consulting, Professional Services, or engineering capacity.
- Hands-on understanding of APIs, webhooks, field mappings, data models, permissions, and workflow orchestration, able to write and review specs at the object/field level, not just user-story level.
- Familiarity with integration architecture trade-offs: native managed package vs embedded app vs iPaaS; sync vs event-driven; polling vs webhook.
- Track record of shipping to enterprise customers with clean PS/CS handoffs, documented rollout readiness, and low post-release surprises.
- Comfortable owning a product that lives inside someone else's platform, where the constraints are set by Salesforce Architecture or HubSpot App Objects, not by your own engineering team
- Able to hold competing urgency across PS escalations, engineering capacity, customer commitments, and roadmap priorities without losing the thread on any of them
- Strong enough technically to earn credibility with engineers, strong enough commercially to earn credibility with PS and CS, and clear enough in communication to align both
- Customer empathy for the Partner Manager persona, someone who understands that a CRM Admin dependency is a blocker, not a process step.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
Good to Have:
- Experience building or scaling a PLG or self-serve motion within an enterprise SaaS product.
- Familiarity with Co-sell, Cloud Marketplace, or Partner Ecosystem Workflows, AWS, Microsoft, or Google.
- Experience with embedded app experiences, app marketplaces (AppExchange, HubSpot App Marketplace), or ISV-managed package governance.
- Exposure to AI/agentic product surfaces, prompting interfaces, tool-use patterns, or CRM field-write agents.
- Prior experience enabling customer-facing teams through launch readiness, release communication, and product education.
