Senior Product Manager - Product & User Experience

We're looking for a Product Manager to join our early team and work directly with the founders to shape the future of Reo. Dev. This role will focus on improving the onboarding and self-serve journeys within the product, specifically the first 90 days of user experience and early customer success, while also owning broader product initiatives across the platform.

The core responsibilities for the job include the following:

Product Ownership:

• Own end-to-end product development for key product areas, from discovery to launch.
• Define product vision, roadmap, and execution plans aligned with business goals.
• Drive onboarding, activation, engagement, adoption, and retention initiatives.

Customer Experience and User Research:

• Deeply understand customer workflows, pain points, and user behavior.
• Conduct user interviews and gather customer insights to improve product experience.
• Optimize the first 90 days of user onboarding and customer success journeys.

Product Execution:

• Collaborate closely with founders, engineering, and design teams.
• Write detailed product requirements, PRDs, and functional specifications.
• Manage sprint planning, prioritization, execution, and documentation.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality product releases.

Data-Driven Product Management:

• Leverage product analytics, customer feedback, and experimentation to drive product decisions.
• Define and monitor KPIs related to onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention.
• Identify opportunities for growth and product optimization.

Cross-Functional Leadership:

• Work closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
• Align stakeholders around product priorities and strategic initiatives.
• Drive execution in a fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in technology startups.
• Strong experience building and scaling B2B SaaS products.
• Experience managing Product-Led Growth (PLG) and self-serve user journeys.
• Proven track record in onboarding, activation, adoption, engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using product and usage data.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and sprint management.
• Ability to independently drive products from ideation to launch.
• Preferred Experience: AI Products, Data and Intelligence Platforms, Developer Tools, Product-Led Growth (PLG) SaaS, Bottom-Up SaaS Products, Growth Product management, Customer Experience, and User Journey Optimization.
