Role Overview
The Product Owner is the voice of the customer within an Agile Team. As a key business Stakeholder, he interfaces with feature teams working on a value chain. He is responsible for supporting the strategy of the business line overseen by Product Management. He communicates the key expectations and desired outcomes for his product within the context of a project or a program.
Key Responsibilities
Review, prioritize and define acceptance criterias (functional and non-functional) user stories with ServiceNow
Design test scenarios and tests cases for all features implemented by ServiceNow.
Assess, qualify and propose mitigations of risks (delay and dataquality...)
Coordinate the architecture team, security team and the delivery team
Help on configuration management process definition
Contribute to the product demo with ServiceNow and other stakeholders
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Agile methodology
Advanced use of Jira
Advanced knowledge of SG Ecosystem
Basic knowledge of infrastructure and interaction between CI (CMDB Configuration Item)
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
Good level in English (written and spoken)
Preferred Qualifications
Proven experience as Product Owner and Business Analyst (overall 10 years)
Basic knowledge on ServiceNow model
Ability to assess and monitor dataquality completeness and reliability
