Senior Project Manager – Commercial Lending
Experience: 12+ years (5+ years in Commercial Lending programs)
Location: India / Hybrid
Role Summary
Lead end-to-end Commercial Lending transformation and technology initiatives across loan origination, underwriting, credit approval, closing, servicing, and collateral management. Drive delivery, stakeholder management, governance, and business outcomes for banking clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and project governance.
- Lead business and technology teams across Commercial Lending workstreams.
- Drive requirements, solutioning, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Engage senior stakeholders and provide executive-level reporting.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, audit, and risk requirements.
- Manage vendors, third-party partners, and offshore/onshore delivery teams.
Required Skills
- Strong Commercial Lending domain knowledge:
- Loan Origination
- Underwriting & Credit Risk
- Loan Closing & Documentation
- Loan Servicing
- Collateral Management
- Experience with lending platforms such as nCino, Loan IQ, AFS, Fiserv, Salesforce FSC, or similar.
- Expertise in Agile/Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
