About the role
Responsibilities:
- Provide process training, QMS Inductions, hand-hold projects in process adoption, and collect metrics from projects.
- Conduct Internal audits and coordinate Management Review meetings.
- The resource should be part of project teams involved in project kick-off, Release audits, data analysis, and process audits.
The core requirements for the job include the following:
Process / Domain Knowledge Mandatory:
- Knowledge of ISO 9001/CMMI V2.0
- Process Facilitation skills.
- Expertise in frameworks like CMMI, ISO, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, and Process Knowledge.
- Hands-on experience in Internal Audits.
- Understanding project planning, execution, and monitoring to align processes with project goals.
- Ability to train teams on process improvements and best practices.
- Ability to evaluate existing processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
- Working experience with PIID.
