About the role
Purpose of the Role:The Senior QC Executive is responsible for ensuring product quality and compliance for Cushions, Pillows, Orthotics Products, and Chairs at the Bangalore warehouse. The role focuses on incoming, in-process, and pre-dispatch inspections, adherence to approved specifications, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:1. Quality Inspection and Control- Conduct incoming inspection as per approved QC check sheets and specifications.- Perform in-process and final inspection before dispatch.- Check dimensions, GSM, density, hardness, stitching, fitting, appearance, functionality, and packaging.- Ensure compliance with approved master samples.
2. Documentation and Reporting- Maintain Incoming, In-process, and Final Inspection Reports.- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly QC reports.- Ensure traceability of lots and batches.- Maintain SOPs and records for audit readiness.
