Roles & Responsibilities:● Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.● Call on the provided database to generate revenue and increase the customer base.● Handle Inside Sales, B2C Sales, Domestic Calling, Outbound/Cold Calling, Client RelationshipManagement, and related tasks.● Maintain documentation and communicate customer queries and details to relevant stakeholders.● Contribute to team effort by achieving assigned goals and ensuring customer satisfaction.● Exhibit patience, empathy, and effective communication skills to connect with customerspassionately.Requirements:● Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA ispreferred.● Experience: 1 to 3 yrs of experience in the field of Sales and Marketing.● Communicate: Effectively in Kannada (Must) English, Hindi (Preferable)● Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
