About the role

Role Objective:

Drive territory growth through distributor expansion, TSI performance, and primary + secondary sales achievement.

Manage TSI team, distributors and sales targets in assigned area. Open new distributors/outlets, track daily sales, collections, schemes, stock and market issues. Train team, improve coverage and report to Head office. two-wheeler required.

Key KPIs:

● Primary sales achievement (%)

● Secondary sales growth (%)

● Distributor productivity

● TSI productivity (₹ per TSI)

● Coverage & MSL compliance

Key Responsibilities:

Distributor Management

● Appoint new distributors

● Manage and grow existing distributors

Sales Growth

● Achieve primary & secondary targets

● Ensure stock availability and rotation

Team Management

● Handle TSIs ,JSRs and SOs

● Drive daily performance and productivity

Market Development

● Expand coverage and increase outlet base

● Monitor competition and pricing

Collections

● Ensure timely payment and outstanding control

Systems:

● Monitor team through Sales Dashboards + SFA systems

● Ensure 100% data accuracy and reporting

Qualification:

● Graduate

● Strong FMCG experience required
