About the role
Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Platform Events across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Build and integrate AI-powered capabilities using Salesforce Einstein, including Einstein Copilot, Einstein GPT, Prediction Builder, and Recommendation Builder.
Implement prompt engineering techniques to optimize AI outputs and automate business processes within Salesforce.
Integrate external AI/LLM platforms (such as OpenAI and Anthropic) through secure REST APIs while ensuring governance and compliance.
Develop and optimize Apex triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and REST/SOAP integrations to support end-to-end business processes.
Collaborate with Solution Architects and business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable technical designs and robust data models.
Ensure high-quality code through peer reviews, unit testing (minimum 85% code coverage), and adherence to Salesforce and organizational development standards.
Support data migration, environment management, and CI/CD deployments using tools such as Copado, Salesforce CLI (SFDX), and Git.
