Senior SAP FICO Consultant (S/4HANA)

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join our team for ongoing SAP S/4HANA initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise across core Financial Accounting processes along with hands-on experience in both implementation and support projects. This role requires strong business process understanding, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to deliver high-quality SAP financial solutions aligned with best practices.

• Lead end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of SAP FICO solutions in S/4HANA environments
• Manage core Finance modules including:
  • General Ledger (GL) – Financial reporting, parallel accounting, closing processes
  • Accounts Payable (AP) – Vendor management, invoice processing, payment runs
  • Accounts Receivable (AR) – Billing, collections, credit management
  • Fixed Assets (FA) – Asset lifecycle, depreciation, capitalization
• Handle Banking and Payment Automation, including bank interfaces, electronic bank statements, and payment integrations
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
• Support end-to-end implementation cycles including blueprinting, configuration, testing, go-live, and hypercare
• Provide production support and resolve complex issues in existing SAP environments
• Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and PS
• Drive process improvements and recommend best practices aligned with S/4HANA standards

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO
• Strong expertise in AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, and Banking Automation
• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations (at least 1–2 full lifecycle implementations preferred)
• Experience in support/AMS engagements along with implementation exposure
• Strong understanding of financial business processes and compliance requirements
• Experience with bank integrations, payment interfaces, and automation tools
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Experience in S/4HANA Public or Private Cloud environments
• Exposure to integration with third-party systems (banking/payment platforms)
• Knowledge of Controlling (CO) and cross-functional integration
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, globally distributed team environment
