Senior SAP SD / OTC Consultant

Aevitas IT is looking for an experienced SAP SD / Order-to-Cash (OTC) Consultant with strong S/4HANA project experience. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise across implementation, support, rollout, and migration projects, with in-depth functional knowledge of SAP SD and OTC processes. Experience in E-Invoicing will be a strong added advantage.

• Lead and support SAP SD / OTC activities across S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, migrations, and support engagements

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications

• Configure SAP SD modules including:

  • Enterprise Structure

  • Pricing, Output Determination

  • Sales Orders, Deliveries, Billing

  • Credit Management

  • Returns, Intercompany Sales, Third-Party Sales

• Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes

• Work closely with cross-functional teams (FI, MM, PP, WM/EWM) to ensure seamless integration

• Support S/4HANA Conversion and Migration projects, including data migration and testing

• Handle L2/L3 production support, issue analysis, and root cause resolution

• Participate in month-end and year-end activities related to SD/OTC

• Prepare functional documentation, test scripts, and conduct UAT support

• Support business users with training, documentation, and post-go-live stabilization

• 8–12 years of strong experience in SAP SD / OTC

• Mandatory hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA projects (Implementation / Migration / Rollout)

• Strong knowledge of:

  • SAP SD Configuration

  • Pricing procedures and condition techniques

  • Billing and Invoicing processes

  • Credit and Risk Management

• Experience in Support, Rollout, and Migration projects is mandatory

• E-Invoicing experience (India or global compliance) is a strong plus

• Good understanding of integration with FI (AR, GL), MM, and EWM/WM

• Experience working in remote delivery models and global client environments

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Cloud or Hybrid landscapes

• Experience with GST, Tax determination, and compliance-related processes

• Prior experience working with global system integrators or SAP partners
