Description: SSE-Senior Security Analyst
For this role, we can looks for some trainer who has worked on KnowBe4 platform and conduted security traning.
Conduct security awareness training and create reports.
Deploy training modules and phishing simulations via KnowBe4 for ~4,000 employees.
Manage user enrolment, track completion rates, and analyse phishing click rates.
Co-ordinate with key teams — Security Architect (for training design), Incident Response Lead (for phishing issues), SOC Analysts (for Sentinel monitoring), and HR (for new employee onboarding).
Analyse phishing results from KnowBe4 and compare them with alerts from CrowdStrike Falcon and Microsoft Defender in Azure Sentinel to find where employees need more training.

Azure Sentinel & Endpoint Security Integration
Log export & correlation of KnowBe4 phishing metrics with Falcon/Defender alerts
Familiarity with Microsoft Defender and CrowdStrike Falcon.
Secondary Skills- Microsoft 365 & Azure AD, Reporting, Communication. Certification on KnowBe4 KMSAT Administrator
