About the role
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar.
- 7+ years professional software development experience.
- Experience designing efficient and beautiful user interfaces with excellent user experiences
- Expert knowledge of C#, .Net (framework & core) for creating modern web applications & APIs.
- Development experience with Blazor WASM
- Working experience with git, agile, and DevOps processes, preferably in an Azure DevOps environment.
- Prior experience with full application development lifecycle.
- A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, 5S, and Kaizen is an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal and highly developed communication skills (verbal and written English).
- Creative and analytical thinker who is self-driven and possesses strong communication, time-management, organization, and prioritization skills.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Ability to concentrate on loosely defined problems which require application of creative approaches.
