Role Title Senior Data Analyst CT Demand Management
Role Summary
The Senior Data Analyst will support the CT Demand Management CTDM team by owning the endtoend analytics and reporting capability across CTDM processes tools and stakeholders This role will ensure highquality standardized and insightdriven reporting to enable operational excellence and executive decisionmaking across Global and Regional Technology organizations
Key Responsibilities
CTDM Process Data Understanding
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of CTDM endtoend processes including intake triage approval solutioning and delivery handoff
Understand CTDM tool data models functional data attributes and master data dependencies across core systems and reporting datasets
Map and document data integration points between CTDM tools downstream reporting platforms and regional data sources
Understand and manage the data stakeholder landscape including Global CT Regional Tech Hubs Service Lines and Reporting teams
Reporting Analytics
Act as the primary liaison between CTDM and the CT Reporting team as well as Regional Reporting teams to ensure alignment consistency and reuse of standardized datasets
Design build and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards addressing
Executivelevel CTDM performance and value metrics
Operational KPIs intake throughput cycle time approvals ROI data quality
Adhoc business stakeholder questions
Analyze CTDM datasets to extract actionable insights and trends translating data into executiveready narratives
Support monthly quarterly and adhoc executive reporting and strategic readouts
Data Quality Governance
Define and own a data validation and quality framework across CTDM reporting assets
Establish data quality controls reconciliation rules and exception reporting to ensure accuracy and consistency across all published reports
Partners with CTDM leadership and CTDM tool owners and support teams to ensure reporting requirements align with CT strategy and standardized data sources avoiding duplication and fragmentation
Innovation Advanced Analytics
Leverage AI Intelligent Automation capabilities to modernize how CTDM data is consumed and how strategic questions are answered eg insight generation pattern detection predictive indicators
Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency automation and selfservice analytics for stakeholders
Required Skills Experience
Technical Analytical Skills
Strong experience with Power BI data modeling DAX report design performance optimization
Solid understanding of relational data models data integration patterns and enterprise reporting datasets
Experience defining data quality frameworks and validation controls
Exposure to AIenabled analytics automation or advanced insight generation is strongly preferred
Business Stakeholder Skills
Ability to translate complex data into clear executive insights
Proven experience working across global and regional stakeholder groups
Strong communication skills to act as a bridge between business reporting and technical teams
High attention to detail structure and standardization
