About the role
- You will be managing SCCM/MECM infrastructure, OSD, task sequences, collections, feature updates, compliance, and L3 support
- Designing and maintaining Windows 10/11 client standards, images, lifecycle management, and Evergreen strategy
- You will also lead hardware, driver, firmware, and Windows upgrade management
- Developing and automating solutions using PowerShell
- Also, create compliance reports, deployment documentation, and operational runbooks
- Lastly, support global projects, major incidents, and on-call rotations
