About the role
- The Senior Specialist in this position will be required to own the design, development, testing, deployment, and operational support of complex features across Java/Spring backend services and React frontend applications
- Also, you will deliver new business capabilities while improving the maintainability, performance, and reliability of existing functionality
- And design and implement scalable APIs, integrations, and service-oriented solutions
- You will also be troubleshooting complex technical issues across application, infrastructure, integration, and database layers
- Furthermore, contribute to the modernization of a large legacy Java monolith using incremental migration approaches and modernization patterns
- Also, identify opportunities to reduce technical debt and improve architecture, code quality, and operational efficiency
- And participate in technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and implementation planning
- Drive adoption of engineering best practices, coding standards, automated testing, and secure development practices
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
- Also, support cloud-native deployments on Azure and/or AWS
- And you will participate in monitoring, observability, incident management, and root cause analysis activities
- Lastly, you will contribute to improving system reliability, scalability, and operational readiness
