Job Description
Lead the design configuration and enhancement of SAP MM modules to support business procurement and inventory processes Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into effective SAP MM solutions Develop and maintain master data including material master and vendor master records Ensure integration of SAP MM with related modules such as SD FI PP and WM for seamless operations Provide expert guidance on SAP MM best practices and process optimization Prepare and maintain detailed documentation including functional specifications test scripts and user manuals Participate in system upgrades testing and deployment activities to ensure system robustness and compliance Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP MM issues through root cause analysis and coordination with technical teams
Roles and Responsibilities
Configure core MM processes including Procurement PR PO RFQ Inventory Management GRIR Reservations Transfer Postings and Invoice Verification Manage release strategies source lists and stock transport orders to streamline procurement workflows Conduct workshops and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to capture and validate business requirements Identify process gaps propose solutions and manage change requests to continuously improve MM functionalities Support enduser training and provide ongoing support to ensure smooth adoption of SAP MM solutions Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to optimize supply chain operations Prepare functional specifications for enhancements interfaces forms and reports working closely with technical teams Ensure adherence to organizational policies and industry best practices in materials management
