About the role
Responsibilities:
- Build and deploy backend automation solutions for security operations using cloud-native and AI-driven technologies.
- Develop scalable services with Python, Go, AWS, and microservices architectures.
- Create detection pipelines, incident response automation, and intelligent security workflows.
- Ensure reliability, observability, maintainability, and production readiness of systems.
- Collaborate with security, data science, and engineering teams to deliver automation solutions.
- Apply CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, testing, and DevOps best practices.
- Contribute to AI-powered security tooling, including LLMs, agents, and automation frameworks.
- Troubleshoot complex distributed systems and drive technical innovation.
- Lead code reviews, provide architectural guidance, and mentor engineers.
Requirements:
- 9+ years in backend, infrastructure, or security engineering.
- Strong expertise in distributed systems, automation, and cloud-native architectures.
- Proficient in Python, Go, and large-scale production systems.
- Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud platforms.
- Hands-on with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and microservices.
- Experience integrating AI/ML into production environments.
- Knowledge of data pipelines, streaming systems, and security workflows.
- Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and architecture decisions.
- Capable of driving projects from design to deployment.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
