About the role
- Provide L2/L3 production support for mission-critical applications built using Python Django, Vue.js, and PostgreSQL.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex production issues through debugging, root cause analysis, and timely incident resolution.
- Collaborate with development and cross-functional engineering teams to identify recurring issues and implement permanent fixes.
- Monitor application health, logs, Kafka topics, Camel routes, and backend services to ensure system performance and availability.
- Support application deployments and operational activities on OpenShift, including pod troubleshooting, log analysis, and service monitoring.
- Perform database support activities using PostgreSQL, including query writing, performance optimization, and data troubleshooting.
- Assist with containerized application management, release support, and production environment stability.
- Leverage Azure services and AI prompting techniques where applicable to improve support operations and application capabilities.
