Senior Talent Acquisition Executive

With a presence in India, Singapore, UAE, UK, and USA, we drive digital growth across multiple verticals, including Ecommerce, Travel, Utility, Lead Generation, and PPC.

We are looking for a proactive and innovative Senior Talent Acquisition Executive who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment, leverage AI-driven hiring solutions, and contribute to employee engagement and employer branding.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to offer rollout and joining coordination.
  
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure timely position closures.
  
• Explore innovative sourcing strategies, talent mapping, and competitor benchmarking.
  
• Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS records, and hiring dashboards; monitor key recruitment metrics.
  
• Manage candidate communication, interview coordination, salary negotiations, and stakeholder relationships.
  
• Support employee engagement activities, employer branding campaigns, and onboarding initiatives.
  

4–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in digital marketing, advertising, media, or technology.

Familiarity with AI-powered recruitment tools, Boolean search, and innovative sourcing techniques.

Excellent communication, negotiation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple positions, work under pressure, and take ownership of hiring outcomes.

Willingness to contribute to employee engagement and employer branding initiatives.

Exposure to a global affiliate marketing environment.
