About the role
For an L2 role supporting a large enterprise or banking customer, prioritize candidates with hands-on experience in Intune policy troubleshooting, Win32 application deployment, Windows Autopilot, Entra ID, and endpoint security rather than candidates with only basic device enrollment experience.
4–6 years of overall IT support experience, including 3+ years of relevant Intune administration.
Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve L2-level technical issues.
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a customer-facing enterprise environment.
Strong focus on security, SLA adherence, and service quality.
