Senior Test Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Software Testing Module Lead with a strong background in Individual Retirement knowledge and expertise in CALLIDUS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading testing practices within our team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet client requirements and industry standards. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Lead and manage the software testing process, ensuring adherence to best practices and methodologies.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment on testing objectives.
• Utilize CALLIDUS for testing and validation of software solutions related to Individual Retirement.
• Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and retesting as necessary.
• Mentor and guide junior testing team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates on testing progress and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all testing activities.
• Continuously evaluate testing processes and tools, recommending improvements as needed.

• Strong knowledge of Individual Retirement products and services.
• Proficiency in CALLIDUS for testing and validation purposes.
• Experience in developing and executing test plans and test cases.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Familiarity with Agile testing methodologies.
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and quality assurance processes.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in software testing or quality assurance are a plus.
