About the role
We’re looking for a Senior UI Designer to own and define the visual identity and UI language for our app. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting a cohesive, scalable, and delightful design system that elevates the user experience. You will work closely with product designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure consistency, usability, and innovation in every UI element.
Responsibilities
- Define & establish the visual direction and UI language for our app.
- Build and maintain a scalable design system to ensure visual and functional consistency.
- Craft high-fidelity UI designs that strike a balance between aesthetics and usability.
- Design micro-interactions and animations to enhance user experience.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product designers, developers, and other stakeholders to implement UI solutions seamlessly.
- Continuously refine and evolve the UI based on user feedback, design trends, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UI design, with a strong focus on design systems.
- Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD).
- Strong grasp of typography, colour theory, interaction design, and accessibility best practices.
- Hands-on experience in creating micro-animations and motion design for UI elements.
- Understanding of the entire UX lifecycle, from research to final implementation.
- Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with developers.
- Obsessive attention to detail and a passion for crafting beautiful, intuitive interfaces.
