About the role
- You will ensure all Global AI applications feature best practice UI/UX, executing this efficiently and cost-effectively to maximize user adoption
- You will own the entire UX process for Global AI applications from discovery through delivery, including research, flows, wireframes, visual design, prototyping, and UI specifications
- And you will translate business requirements into intuitive, accessible, and scalable experiences for web and mobile applications, designing responsive interfaces that align with a consistent design language
- You will actively engage with developers, functional, and business colleagues throughout the design process
- You will create and maintain Figma design systems, encompassing libraries, components, variants, and living documentation
- Further, you will produce developer-ready assets via Figma, providing annotated specs, redlines, interaction details, and accessibility notes for seamless handoffs
- You will proactively audit and consolidate various design systems across the portfolio where possible
- Also, you will advocate for UX standards, patterns, and governance across the application landscape to contribute to a scalable Global AI design system
