Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Web Developer with expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Node.js. The ideal candidate will be capable of designing and building scalable front-end and back-end frameworks, implementing secure web practices, and leading efforts to protect web applications from common vulnerabilities. You will play a key role in architecting modern, secure, and performant web solutions that support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize scalable and responsive web applications using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Node.js.
• Design and implement reusable frameworks, components, and libraries to streamline development processes.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers.
• Ensure web applications are secure, scalable, and performant across all platforms and browsers.
• Identify, prevent, and mitigate common web vulnerabilities such as XSS, CSRF, SQL injection, and others (OWASP Top 10).
• Implement input validation, sanitization, and other security mechanisms to protect applications from exploits.
• Stay current with emerging web technologies and security trends.
• Participate in architecture discussions, planning, and decision-making processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in web development with a strong command of:
• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
• Node.js (including frameworks like Express.js)
• Solid understanding of front-end and back-end architecture.
• Experience designing and building custom frameworks or components to streamline development.
• Strong knowledge of web application security, including:
• OWASP Top 10
• Secure authentication and authorization methods (OAuth, JWT)
• HTTPS, CORS, CSP, and other relevant security headers
• Experience with form validation, data sanitization, and protection against injection attacks.
• Familiarity with modern development tools and environments (Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines).
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular).
• Knowledge of database systems (SQL and NoSQL).
• Experience with API design and development (RESTful or GraphQL).
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and unit testing.
